Private Pay Home Care in Dania Beach
Paying direct means nothing sits waiting for an approval, and the schedule takes its instructions from the household.
It is mostly three figures
What an hour costs, how short a booking can be, and what that hour actually includes. With those in hand the weekly sum can be done on an envelope, and the rest of the decision gets considerably easier.
Every one of them is said on the first call — not as a range, and not after somebody has walked round the house. They are what tells a household whether arranging the visit is worth the bother at all.
Every service on this site is arranged on this basis, so the rate and the minimum visit apply whichever of them ends up in your plan.
How the money works
Rates, hours and invoicing, written down and agreed ahead of any visit.
An hourly rate
Given before a first visit, so the opening invoice holds no figure you were not told about.
The minimum visit
There is a floor, and you are told it at the start. Short bookings cost more per useful hour, since the travelling is unchanged by them.
What the hour buys
Washing, cooking, the machine and a conversation all come out of one hour. Time is the thing being bought, not a menu of priced jobs.
No long-term contract
One telephone call lifts, cuts or stops the hours. An arrangement that will not shrink is one families abandon instead of trimming.
One invoice, itemised
Sent straight to the household and legible without a telephone call to decode a line.
When direct payment is the sensible route
- Care is needed faster than any approval would come through
- The household wants a small and very specific number of hours
- Choosing the days matters more than being allocated them
- Cover has to be running by the end of the week
- Cutting it back later should not need a formal review
